Mr. Sitnikovas has a Master's degree in engineering and management and has extensive background with business development both in Eastern and Western Europe. He represents the ZDS Group in all 3 Baltic states - Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Denis is a native Lithuanian, but also speaks fluently Russian and English.

Des Stronge joined the ZDS group at the beginning of 2009 following his retirement as sales director of J F Andrews Engineering Ltd. where he had been responsible for their pumps business. He is now responsible for sales in the U.K. for ZDS. Previously he had a back-ground in banking and administration with a large civil engineering company as well as running his own company for ten years.

Mr. Jens Lormann joined the ZDS Group in May 2008 to take on the responsibility for the sales & support of ZDS products in Germany and Austria. Previously he worked as a sales manager, industrial products, for a trading company in Italy. Jens is a native German, but he has spent more than 20 years living in Italy. He also speaks fluently English.

Mr. Donal O'Brien joined the ZDS team in April 2009 and is responsible for sales and support in the Republic of Ireland. Prior to joining ZDS, Donal has been involved in the pump business for more than 20 years, 14 of which he has spent running his own company in Ireland.

Mr. Konopinski joined the ZDS Group in August 2009 to take responsibility for the Sales & Marketing of ZDS products in Poland. His experience includes twelve years in senior management at international FMCG & FMCE companies, developing markets in Eastern Europe. Richard is Polish, but also speaks fluently Russian and English.

Mr. Cordero first started to work with ZDS at the end of 2008 and quickly became a trusted affiliate in the province of Cádiz in the south-west of Andalucía. After seeing the potential and quality of the entire ZDS range of products, he wanted to join the ZDS Group on a bigger scale and is now the ZDS sales manager for entire Spain. He is a native Spaniard from El Puerto de St. Maria, Cadiz.

Whilst earning his Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Civil Engineering in Sofia, Mr. Kolev has simultaneously been working for the last couple of years with a distributor of pumps in Bulgaria. After realizing the market potential for the ZDS range of pumps he decided to join the ZDS family and is now the responsible for ZDS in the Bulgarian market. He is a native Bulgarian from Stara Zagora.
